My last entry was all about how quickly the SOLs were coming up. They are here! This morning I got my first group off with Biology and English Reading 11. No reports of any lost connectivity or irregularities. HOOO RAAAY

Change and how we manage change both personally and organizationally seemed to be the theme of last Tuesdays in-service. Change is scary and it is stimulating, even energizing. To me a good visual is a playground see-saw. Change is the fulcrum it is at the center because it is always there. Something is always changing. As we move through the remainder of the school year it will be a busy time. We have course content to cover. SOLs coming up. The weather is nice and we just want to be outside. So how can WEB 2 and social networking and wikis and blogs and all this 'EXTRA' computer stuff help or even make a difference?
